Welcome back, Las Vegas! It’s officially October, and while the market might not be as spooky as Halloween, there are definitely a few tricks (and treats) in this week’s numbers. So grab your pumpkin spice latte, and let’s dive into the Las Vegas real estate scene—no costumes required!

 New Listings

This week, 821 new listings appeared, almost like magic!  Whether you’re looking for a haunted house (we hope not!) or a dream home, there’s plenty to choose from. Don’t let these slip away like ghosts in the night!

 Back from the Dead

Well, not really… but 187 homes did come back on the market! Just like zombies, these listings weren’t ready to rest. Now’s your second chance—snag one before they vanish again.
